What is Ready Mix Concrete? .
Ready Mix Concrete, or most commonly known as RMC, is a mix of Aggregates bonded by Cement and Water manufactured in a batching plant. RMC from batching plants offers faster and more efficient method of production compared to manual mixing of concrete. Concrete hardens through time and can be casted into different shapes which work well with contractors making it as one of the key materials during the building phase of construction projects. .

Where to apply Ready Mix Concrete? .
-
Foundation
Foundation provides support for different forms and kinds of structures and transfer loads from structure to the ground. Foundations are usually made from concrete.
Concrete Specification Recommendations:
- Strength 4000PSI
- Rock Size: 4 – 8 inches
- Slump Size: ¾ or G1

2. Footing
Footing provides support to linear structure such as wall. Footings are typically used for light structural loading such as low-rise to medium-rise buildings. Footing can be made from concrete with reinforcement bars.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:

3. Pile Cap
Pile Caps are deep foundations that are formed by thin columns made from concrete. Pile Caps are used for larger structures which have unstable soil condition.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:

4. Slab
Slabs are generally used for horizontal purpose like flooring, roof decking, or ceiling. Slabs are inches in thickness and supported by beams and columns. Slabs are created by pouring concrete over rebar positioned within the formwork.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:
For Slab on ground
For Slab on 2nd floor

5. Column
Columns are vertical structure used for structural support and transfer of compressive load. Columns transfer loads from ceilings, slab, or beam to the floor or foundation. Columns are usually made from concrete reinforced with steel.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:

6. Beam
Beams offers structural support applied laterally to their axis. Beams transfer loads to walls, columns, and foundations. Beams can be formed from concrete.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:

7. Road Highway
Roads are considered as the primary tool for infrastructure development paving for better means to travel. Roads must be able to bear heavy loads from multiples vehicles that pass through. Although most of the superhighways are made from asphalt, concrete is still widely used for road construction.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:

8. Road Canal
Road Canals are used as catch basin of water coming from roads to reduce potential slippage of vehicles. Road Canals must be sturdy enough to avoid unnecessary damages from being repeatedly exposed to water. Same as roads, Road Canals are made from concrete.
Concrete Specification Recommendation:
