What is Ready Mix Concrete? .

Ready Mix Concrete, or most commonly known as RMC, is a mix of Aggregates bonded by Cement and Water manufactured in a batching plant. RMC from batching plants offers faster and more efficient method of production compared to manual mixing of concrete. Concrete hardens through time and can be casted into different shapes which work well with contractors making it as one of the key materials during the building phase of construction projects. .

Where to apply Ready Mix Concrete? .

  1. Foundation        

Foundation provides support for different forms and kinds of structures and transfer loads from structure to the ground. Foundations are usually made from concrete.

    2. Footing     

Footing provides support to linear structure such as wall. Footings are typically used for light structural loading such as low-rise to medium-rise buildings. Footing can be made from concrete with reinforcement bars.

    Columns are vertical structure used for structural support and transfer of compressive load. Columns transfer loads from ceilings, slab, or beam to the floor or foundation. Columns are usually made from concrete reinforced with steel.

  • 6. Beam

    Beams offers structural support applied laterally to their axis. Beams transfer loads to walls, columns, and foundations. Beams can be formed from concrete.

  • 7. Road Highway
